We don’t even have a catchy line like Chaching to show you when the bus goes by. No, we don’t rely on spending millions of dollars on TV or billboards to get cases. Instead, we rely on getting cases the old fashioned way.

We rely upon having satisfied, delighted clients to get our cases. In fact, it satisfied former clients, other attorneys and health care professionals that refer most of our clients to us because they know we’ll take care of our clients. So what does it mean to hire an old fashioned firm like Dennis and King instead of a Billboard or TV firm? It means every year we only accept a limited number of injury and accident cases from hundreds of people who ask us to represent them. How are we different from personal injury settlement meals?

In many important ways? Here’s just a few. We don’t allow paralegals and assistance to negotiate your case with the insurance company. We don’t allow assistance and paralegals to write our demand letters for settlements to insurance companies, Mr. King or I do that personally.

If you let Dennis and King handle your case, you know who handled your case. That’s right. Either me, Tricia Dennis, or Mr. King. Not some young associate that graduated from law school last week, or even worse, a paralegal.

We don’t work with chiropractors who take what is left after the lawyers get through with their fees. We get you to a real physician. If you don’t have one or can’t afford one, we get you to a real physical therapist whether you can afford one or not. And if you need even more advanced treatment but have no health insurance or can’t afford it, we have medical finance partners we work with to arrange that as well. Finally, we take a few cases a month, not hundreds a month.
